Welcome to The Bonnet Bucket™ by LMS. Every piece in our inaugural launch collection is a limited-run, hand-crafted studio prototype engineered with structural precision. Because of the exclusive, collectible nature of these initial releases, all sales are handled with the utmost care.
📦 Returns for Store Credit & Exchanges
We want you to absolutely love your wearable masterpiece. If you are not completely satisfied with your piece, we accept returns for Store Credit or Size Exchanges (subject to inventory availability across the Empress, Queen, and Princess lines) within 14 days of your delivery date.

Please Note: Due to the limited nature of our prototype runs, we do not issue original payment method cash refunds at this time.
💎 Eligibility Requirements
To protect the integrity of our designs, items sent back must meet the following strict luxury criteria:

The device must be completely unaltered and unworn.

The structural main body must be pristine, showing no signs of slouching, creasing, or fabric stretching.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all custom jewelry-grade hardware, attached hang-tags, accompanying silk scarves and all removable hardware.
🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items
Every Bonnet Bucket™ undergoes a rigorous multi-point quality control inspection before leaving our design studio. In the rare event that your item arrives with a mechanical defect in the four-quadrant alignment or hardware clasp system, please contact us immediately at info@BONNETBUCKET.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will fast-track a complimentary repair or replacement for you.
🚚 Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping insurance to ensure the structured item safely routes back to our corporate facility. LMS is not responsible for items lost or structurally damaged in transit back to our studio.
