Every piece within The Bonnet Bucket™ collection is a limited-run, hand-crafted studio prototype requiring meticulous final inspection before departure. To ensure your wearable masterpiece arrives with its structural integrity completely intact, we handle fulfillment with the highest standards of luxury care.

 

📦 Processing & Handling Timelines:

• Standard Studio Processing: Please allow 2 to 3 business days for our design studio to meticulously inspect, polish, and custom-pack your order before it is handed to the carrier.

• Launch Day Waves: Due to high volume during our initial launch, processing times may occasionally extend. We handle orders sequentially to maintain quality control.

• Note: Our studio operates Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

 

🚚 Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery:

We ship nationwide within the United States using secure, tracked shipping methods (via USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to protect your investment: 

• Standard Insured Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business daysonce shipped. Rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address.

• Signature Required: To guarantee safe arrival and prevent package theft, all shipments for the Empress Line (Maxi) and Queen Line (Midi)automatically require an adult signature upon delivery.

Unlike ordinary apparel items that are folded into soft poly-mailers, every Bonnet Bucket™ is shipped flat-lay inside a custom, heavy-duty structural box. The packaging is specifically engineered to support the sturdy base of the handbag configuration and the rigid brim of the hat, ensuring your piece experiences zero slouching, crushing, or fabric distortion during its journey.

 

✈️ International Shipping:

At this time, The Bonnet Bucket™ launch collection is shipping strictly within the United States. As we expand our infrastructure, we will announce international delivery zones to our exclusive newsletter subscribers.

The exact second your package leaves our studio, our system will automatically trigger your Shipping Confirmation Email. This email contains your unique tracking link so you can monitor your shipment's route in real time.
