Patent Protection: The unique structural functionality, folding geometry, and transformable mechanical processes of our reversible handbag hats are Patent Pending with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Any unauthorized reproduction, imitation, modification, reverse-engineering, or commercial distribution of our proprietary designs, structural mechanisms, or brand assets is strictly prohibited and will be met with immediate legal action.
2. Commercial Sales and Prototype Limitations:
Every article within The Bonnet Bucket™ line is an exclusive, limited-run studio prototype. We reserve the right to refuse service, limit order quantities, or cancel any transaction at our sole discretion. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. In the event that an item is listed incorrectly due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full store credit.
3. Limitation of Liability:
The Bonnet Bucket™ is an elite fashion adornment designed for statement wear and personal accessory containment. In no event shall Lions Vision Productions, its directors, employees, or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the improper use or handling of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of a purchase shall not exceed the exact purchase price paid for the item.
4. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products or services shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these terms must be filed in the courts of that jurisdiction.
5. Strict Agreement to Store Policies:
By completing a purchase on this Site, you explicitly certify that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Returns & Exchanges Policy (stating that all sales are final and eligible strictly for store credit or size exchanges within 14 days) and our Shipping Policy (detailing processing and signature requirements).
